Agents use a GhanaDataMall selling link. Customers open the link, choose a network and bundle, enter the recipient number, pay through ExpressPay, and the sale is recorded against the agent.
Can customers still buy data directly?
Yes, but the main focus of this setup is agent-led selling. Customers can buy through an agent link, and the system can connect that sale to the correct agent.
Will agents have their own pricing?
Yes. Agent retail pricing should be controlled by the system so that when a customer buys through an agent link, the system recognizes the agent price and records the margin correctly.
Do agents need to pre-fund customer purchases?
For the current model, customer payments go through ExpressPay. Agents do not need to manually collect and forward payments for every order.
How are agent earnings handled?
Agent earnings are recorded from successful sales and prepared for end-of-month payout into the agent’s registered MoMo account after reconciliation.
Can agents withdraw anytime?
Not for now. Withdrawals are disabled in the current model. Agent earnings are tracked and paid at the end of the month.
What should customers keep after payment?
Customers should keep their payment receipt, order reference, recipient number, selected network, and bundle details because those make tracking and support faster.
What happens if payment succeeds but the order needs support?
The customer or agent can contact support with the order reference and receipt details, and admin should be able to trace the payment, order, agent link, and fulfillment status.
How does GhanaDataMall protect agents from missing sales?
Each agent sale should carry a reference, customer details, selected bundle, payment status, fulfillment status, and agent attribution to support proper commission calculation.
How does someone become an agent?
A new agent can apply through the Become an Agent page. Once approved, they can access their agent dashboard, selling link, pricing information, sales history, and earnings summary.
